Actress and showgirl Anita Berber developed to an icon of nightlife in this time and became the muse of artists like Otto Dix because of her excessive lifestyle. Her extraordinary and short live – she died aged 29 years – and her unmistakable appearance between an androgynous look and dark-heavy show-make-ups inspired us for this editorial.
